Microsoft Offers Browser Choice to Europeans

Microsoft is going to deliver Windows operating system update to millions of Europeans today with a browser choice software. This offer is the part of a deal Microsoft struck with the European Commission.

The browser choice offer will be prompted to Windows users where they may select any browser of their choice out of the list of 10 available browsers.

According to Microsoft the Windows 7 users will also get the option to replace Internet Explorer with any other browser of their choice.

According to Net Applications statistics approximately 62% internet users stick with Internet Explorer, 24% with Firefox whereas Chrome market share in about 5%.
